PLANS are well under way for this year’s Warmley Flower Show on Saturday August 1.
The event at Warmley Community Centre includes classes for plans, flowers, fruits, vegetables and flower arranging as well as arts, handicrafts, photography, baking and preserves. There are also children’s classes.
Doors open to the public at noon and entertainment during the afternoon includes Zest Choir at 1pm, Irish Dancing at 2pm and Marshfield Brass Band at 3pm.
The show is sponsored by S & J Roofing and aims to raise funds to replace chairs and tables in the Scout Hut at Warmley Forest Park which is used by Guides, Brownies, Scouts and Beavers.Admission is £2 (under 16s free).
