POLICE say they are treating an attempted robbery on the Bristol & Bath Railway Path as a hate crime.
Officers say a man in his 50s was riding a mobility scooter near Warmley Forest Park between 2.45-3pm on September 18 when he was attacked, suffering minor injuries. The three offenders, who were wearing hoods and face masks, fled into the nearby woods.
